Pamulaparthi Venkata Narasimha Raoa (July 1, 1927 - July 8, 2007) was the ninth Prime Minister of the Republic of India. 

He was conceived on July 1, 1927 to a cultivating family in Ibrahimpatti - Ballia in eastern Uttar Pradesh. Chandra Shekar complate his Master of Arts (MA) in Allahabad University. He was known as a torch in understudy legislative issues. After graduation, he got dynamic in communist legislative issues. 

He went under the spell of Acharya Narendra Dev, a red hot Socialist pioneer in the start of his political vocation. From 1962 to 1967, Shekhar had a place with the Rajya Sabha, the Upper place of the Parliament of India. He had an across the nation padayatra in 1984 to realize the nation better, which he asserted gave some anxiety to Indira Gandhi, the then Prime Minister. He was known as a "Youthful Turk". 

After his antecedent, V.P. Singh, surrendered, he drove a breakaway group of the Janata Dal, known as the Samajwadi Janata Party. The Indian National Congress chose to reach out outside help to his administration to keep away from snap races, and Shekhar held an exposed lion's share in an alliance with both the Communist gatherings and the BJP. The relationship disintegrated rapidly, as the Congress party blamed him for keeping an eye on Rajiv Gandhi, their pioneer around then. The Congress Party at that point boycotted Parliament and as Shekhar's group just had around 60 MPs, he surrendered in a broadly broadcast address on March 6, 1991. He stayed in office until national decisions could be held soon thereafter. 

Shekhar was known for maintaining the parliamentary shows and was respected with the debut Outstanding Parliamentarian Award in 1995. 

Chandra Shekhar was an individual from the Lok Sabha, India's lower place of Parliament. He drove Samajwadi Janata Party (Rashtriya), (Socialist People's Party (National)). Beginning in 1977, he won political decision to the Lok Sabha multiple times from Ballia in eastern Uttar Pradesh. The main political decision that he lost was in 1984 against Mr. Jagganath Chaudhary of Congress(I). 


Shekhar experienced numerous myeloma, a type of malignant growth of the plasma cell. On May 3, 2007, he was hospitalized in basic condition after his condition had weakened. Shekhar kicked the bucket at 80 years old in New Delhi on July 8, 2007. He was made due by two children. One of them, Neeraj Shekhar challenged and won the Ballia Lok Sabha which was abandoned through his dad's demise.
